Android Exchange Calendar Sync Problem. Not closely related to the issue, but it solved my very similar problem with contacts sync: My coworker's incredible is having a weird problem with exchange calendar sync.
The my calendar calendar is purely held locally on the phone, it doesn’t sync to gmail at all. Fyi we both have exchange set up, they appear to have the exact same settings.

So, If Youโre In Airplane Mode, Your Calendar Wonโt Sync To Your Phone.
The contact option was not listed in android’s (v.6.0.1, marshmallow).
